멜라민 인산염(MP)

멜라민 인산염(MP)은 할로겐이 없는 질소-인 난연제입니다. MP는 백색 분말로 내수성이 우수합니다.

용도:
MP는 폴리올레핀 수지, 내화 코팅, 아크릴 접착제, 열경화성 수지, 에폭시, 엔지니어링 플라스틱 등의 할로겐 프리 난연제에 적용됩니다.
MP는 다양한 종류의 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머와 소재 호환성이 뛰어나며 고농도 난연 마스터배치로 만들어 가공의 다양성을 향상시킬 수 있습니다.

특징:
환경 친화적. 할로겐 프리, 질소-인 시너지 효과.

열 안정성. 250 ℃ 이상의 열분해 온도, 실제 처리 온도는 220 ℃ 이내에 도달 할 수 있습니다.

표면은 방수성이 뛰어나고 습기가 다시없고 강수량 뱉음 서리가 없습니다.

용융 낙하 현상이 없습니다.

Melamine Phosphate(MP)

MP is mainly used in intumescent flame retardant systems for paints and polymers,in thermosets, both unsaturated polyester and epoxies, and in textile treatment.
In self-charring materials such as cellulose or epoxy, MP can be used as such without addition of other flame retardants.

Flame Retardant Mechanisms:

  • Melamine decomposition, needs to absorb heat from the polymer to reduce the surface temperature of the substrate. Decomposition temperature of Melamine salts is high.
  • Release inert gases, these non-flammable gases can dilute oxygen, reducing the concentration of combustible gases.
  • Nitrogen-phosphorus synergist.
    Phosphorus promote char-forming, Nitogen release inert gases which will promote the foaming and expansion of the carbonised layer, so it can prevent the convection of heat and outside oxygen better.

Uses:
MP is applied to halogen-free flame retardant of polyolefin resins, fireproof coatings, acrylic glues, thermosets, epoxy, engineering plastics and so on.
MP has excellent material compatibility with many kinds of polyolefin elastomers, and can be made into high-concentration flame retardant masterbatch to improve the diversity of processing.

Features:

Thermal stability. Thermal decomposition temperature more than 250℃, the actual processing temperature can be reach within 220℃.

The surface is extremely water-resistant, no moisture back, no precipitation spit frost.

No melt drop phenomenon.
