멜라민 폴리인산염(MPP)은 질소와 인을 함유한 할로겐 프리 난연제로 고온 요구 사항이 있는 기판 가공에 적합합니다.
MPP는 내화 코팅, PBT, PET, 에폭시 수지 등에 적합합니다. 특히 난연성 유리 섬유 강화 PA66에 적합합니다.

- 열 안정성이 우수하고 플라스틱 제품 생산 및 가공이 용이합니다. 분해 온도 > 350°C, 처리 온도는 300°C에 도달할 수 있습니다.

Melamine PolyPhosphate(MPP) is halogen-free flame retardant, containing nitrogen and phosphorus, suitable for processing substrates with high temperature requirements.
MPP is suitable for fireproof coatings, PBT, PET, epoxy resins, etc. It is especially suitable for flame retardant glass fibre reinforced PA66.
Properties:
- Environmental. Halogen-free, nitrogen-phospharus intumescent flame retardant.
2.Good thermal stability, easy to produce and process plastic products. Decomposition temperature >350°C, processing temperature can reach 300°C. - Small fuming, low smoke production, low density of smoke produced.
- No melt drop phenomenon.
- Small water solubility, no moisture absorption.
